Drop stacks inside the Group stack for easier moving, copying, formatting or deleting.
The stack has only two controls:
Visible in Edit Mode: if un-checked, hides the group content in edit mode.
Publish: if un-checked this hides the group content when published or previewed. It will however be uploaded to the server, so when setting this option, almost no changes will be uploaded.
